2008 Amnesty Program

At the April 7th meeting of the Board of Directors, the Board made a motion to implement an Amnesty Program effective immediately.

• All transfers of ownerships will be processed at the $15 transfer fee regardless of the purchase date.

• All foals born in 2006 and 2007 will be processed at the $24 registration fee, no penalties attached. Current membership for 2008 will still be required. The 2006 fillies still have to be DNA tested and the dam of a 2007 filly still has to be DNA tested before the registration of either will be processed.
